BANANA CUPCAKES



...Semalam buat kek cawan pisang ni...dah beli pisang berangan banyak hari gak..sebab ingat nak buat macam-macam dengan pisang...seperti biasa angin sibuk melanda...bukan angin 'M' tau jadi hajat tu tak tercapai...semalam dah tak leh tahan dah sebab tengok pisang tu mula nak mengecut..jadi sebelum terlambat baik buat juga....
...Kek cawan pisang ni mmg sedap..tekstur dia lembut sangat dan sangat harum ketika tengah bakar dah terbau keharuman pisang tu...sekali-sekala ubah citarasa cupcakes apa salahnya kan...esoknya tengok..tekstur masih seperti semalam lembut...jadi anak bawa bekal pi sekolah dgn satu lagi menu dari pisang gak ..hat tu kena tunggu next entry.... . Selalu kalo buat kek coklat depa tak pandang tapi kalo yg pisang ni...sold out maa...Ok ni resipi dia tapi lam omputih lah yer...

BANANA CUPCAKES

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour(Ana guna tpg superfine)
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
Pinch of salt
1 cup granulated sugar ( Ana guna soft brown sugar- jadi rasa tak manis sgt)
1/2 cup vegetable oil ( Ana guna corn oil)
2 eggs
1 cup mashes banana ( Ana guna pisang berangan)
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven 180C
1. Mix together flour, Soda bicarbonate and salt - maknanya ayak bersama la tu.
2. Whisk together sugar, oil and eggs until smooth, add banana and vanilla, beating well. Add flour mixture, beating until smooth.
3. Scoop batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 24 to 28 mins or until tops of cupcakes pring back when lightly touched.
4. Let it cool in pan on rack for 10 mins.Remove from pan and let cool completely on rack. Top cooled cupcakes with frosting..kalau suka la...makan saja pun sodapppp...
