BANANA CAKE




.....selain cupcakes pisang tu Ana try lagi satu resipi kek pisang....heheheheh . Hari Pisang Sedonia la pulak jadinya...sana sini pisang...tapi makan pisang bagus tau..high in Potassium dan leh cegah sembelit....tapi kalo bg yg berdiet mmg kena elakkan...melalut la pulak yer...

Ana suka kek pisang ni sebab rasa dia moist dan lembut...tak sangka la pulak first attempt dah leh jadi macam lam buku tu...thanks to my favourite chef...Chef Amy Heng...yg mana buku dia tu tak penah mengecewakan daku ni.... Cuba la try...masa tengah bakar dah berbau harum satu dapur dgn kek pisang ni...Yang ni memang sold out cepat....sold out kat anak-anak ku la...

BANANA CAKE

A : 5 eggs
15gm ovalette
230gm caster sugar

B : Mixed together
170ML corn oil
230gm cake flour - Ana guna SRF
1 tsp double-action baking powder

C : Mixed together
250gm ripen pisang berangan(mashed)
60gm evaporated milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp banana essence - tak de esen pisang Ana guna esen vanilla ja.

Utensil needed
2 X 9" rectangular tin

Method:

Line and grease rectangular tin. Preheated oven at 180C
In a mixing bowl. whisk at high speed ingredient (A) until light and fluffy
Gradually add in ingredient(B) beat at low speed. Lastly, add in ingredient(C)
Pour no.(3) into prepared tin and bake for 55-60 minutes.
Cook cake well.

Yield : Dapat 3 biji loyang rectangular tu.....hehehehe sori mamafami tadi tak kabo....
