Muffin Pisang

Banana Muffin
 


...buat muffin pisang untuk tempahan baru-baru ni...buat banyak untuk makan kat umah juga sebab anak-anak suka apa-apa menu yg ada pisang....jika ada yg berminat untuk menempah muffin boleh la calling-calling or sms me at 019-4741363.....atau emel/ym...terima kasih

Aduhaiiii si Meen ni dah kalut nakkan resipi muffin pisang ni...aku tau ko rajin menerai...tapi ada masa ker nak menerai ni...aku tgk asik dok swiss roll and roll ja Ok aku tepek resipi ni kat bawah...bila ko dah buat feedback kat aku ya... ko buat 1/2 adunan dulu dah ler..banyak dapat ni...

ingredients A
400gm melted butter
300gm(6nos) eggs
200gm milk - ana guna fresh milk

Ingredients B
600gm(10pcs) mashed banana - ana guna pisang emas
400gm castor sugar
2gm salt

Ingredients C
550gm superfine flour - ana guna tepung gandum
10gm(2 tsp) baking powder
10gm(2 tsp) sodium bicarbonate

Method
1. double boil till the butter is dissolved, and let it cool. Add in beaten egg and milk, stir until well combined.

2. Add sakt and sugar into the mashed banana, mix until sugar is dissolved.

3. Combine step 1 and step 2, add sieved ingredients(C) to form batter

4. Fill up muffin cup batter, bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes
