Tembosa Turkey

 
 
 
.....Salam semua...nak buat tembosa turkey ni dah lama...tapi tak de masa la...ingat nak wat masa birthday nasreen dulu malangnya tak sempat la... Idea nak buat ni dapat dari mamafami...pakar rujukanku bila nak cuba apa-apa menu...hehehe makaceh ya mama...buat tembosa ni pun bila dah banyak kali ditanya oleh mama...bila hang nak buat tembosa ma tu...hang cuba la naa...sedap tau tu resipi mak mama...kata dia...jgn tak tau mama ni terer tau cakap utara...w/pun dia hang li po melaka tu....heheheh..ok cheq dah buat dan mmg sedap pastri dia....
...Anak-anak kata ni karipap bakar...hehehe maybe sbb ana ni malas nak wat bentuk cam tembosa mama tu...maka kita pun buh lam acuan karipap giant tu...ni kes malas la ni..sbb nak bagi habis cepat...hehehe..

Tembosa ni senang bangat nak buat dan sedap...sesuai untuk dijamah sebagai minum petang atau pun nak wat keraian macam birthday....ok mari kita lihat resipinya...

TEMBOSA TURKEY
sumber : mamafami

1 lb flour(lebih kurang 450gm)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 lb margerin( lebih kurang 226gm)
1 egg - slighty beaten
6-8 tbs water( from the fridge)

Filling: karipap filling ~ be it chicken of beef

Method
1. Sift flour and baking powder in a bowl
2. Rub in margerine to form bread crumbs
3. Add in egg and mix well
4. Pour in the cold water a bit by a bit till a soft and smooth dough is formed. Make into a few balls.
5. Roll flat, place a line of filling at the end of pastry. Cover it. Put another line of filling and cover it.Repeat till the end of the pastry.
6. Brush with egg yolk on top and bake in pre-heated oven at 180C till golden brown.
